And how do we make it fun? Enjoyment is a key component in any successful fitness program, so we take fun very seriously (that’s kind of an oxymoron)! From the purple carpet to the copper moose head on the wall (don’t worry, it’s not real), our space sets the stage for fun. Joseph, our head Success Coach, will keep you motivated and entertained so that you don’t even notice that you’re working your butt off!
We want everyone who walks through our door to feel like family and actually look forward to working out. And aside from the effort we put in to make this happen, it naturally starts to happen when you work side-by-side with people just like you. The group dynamic that our training program revolves around is really the glue that holds our fitness family together.
